2 Cups Dried Apricots
100 g Dark Chocolate (~4 oz)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the chocolate in a microwave proof bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals and stir after each interval until the chocolate is melted.
Dip the apricots in the chocolate and place on the parchment paper.
